When we took over the management of edeltravel, one of the leading luxury travel agencies in the DACH region, the social media presence faced a challenge:
Lots of content, but no clear line. Different image styles, changing tonality, inconsistent formats - and a large number of inactive followers due to old campaigns, which limited the organic reach.
