Initial situation

When we took over the social media management for the Alpinhotel Berghaus in Zillertal in 2023, the Instagram account had around 8,000 followers. The content was appealing, but the reach was stagnating - there was potential, but it wasn't being used strategically.

The goal

Our goal was clear: more visibility, more bookings and a clear positioning as one of the most popular hotels in Tyrol.

We developed a customized social media strategy that focused on authenticity, storytelling and high-quality photo & video content productions. This included new content formats such as "Berghaus Moments", "Tips from the Mountain" and the humorous "Berghaus Challenge", which not only involved guests but also the team and ensured enormous organic reach.

The result

- Growth from 8,000 to over 40,000 followers within 12 months

- An average increase in reach per reel of over +400 %

- Noticeably more booking inquiries

- Development of an active community that now sees the hotel as a favorite address in the mountains

Today, the Alpinhotel Berghaus is one of the hotels with the widest reach in the Zillertal, with a clear brand voice, high recognition and an authentic appearance that picks up guests emotionally.
